seriously though. we take a bus trip every month for this. we roll in around 9pm and then the earliest bus that leaves is after 8am back home. dubwar gets done anytime between 4am and 5am. so for the 3-4 hours we have till the bus comes, we sleep in the bus station after walkin around getting food and chillin...

you dont need anyone to hook you up with a place to stay. be a soldier. its better that way. more of an adventure.

Man I am even more of a pickle!!! Im coming from ATLANTA GA on the 26 for training for work but I have to checkout of my hotel (cuz work wont pay if i'm done with the class) on friday am but I am going to book my ticket for sunday so I can go to the dubwar!! I needz a place to rest my head on friday and saturday. I'm WAY far away from home...and my one friend in NY is going to be in niagra falls till sunday

...any takers?

Okay, so maybe I can deal with just hanging out all by myself while NYC before + after theee DUB WAR.... But, I think I am more concerned with knowing how to get there or how far away it is from theee train station.... Anyone know if the venue is walking distance from:
8th Ave 31st Street / 8th Ave 33rd Street

New York, NY 10001

Travelers don't worry there's always a pre and post dub war meetup! You won't get stuck wandering alone. Thanks a lot to everyone traveling from out of town to come. That is a really important thing for us.

The venue is about a 30 min walk or 5 min subway ride from Penn Station. The West 4th St stop on the A, C, E, F or V train is the closest subway stop. From Penn Station you take the A, C, or E train downtown to West 4th. It's super easy.

Just a little status update.... I think I got my accommodations taken care of.... I won't need a place to stay as it seems so far.... But, I am definitely down for meeting with heads for an DUB WAR "orientation".... Almost sounds like college....
