Re: that reverb
ffs whats all this mental fraff about compressors. just use delay lol
orrrrrrrrrrr even simpler:::
do 1 sample with no dry in the reverb and resample it and then just program it in wherever u want it to go behind the dry sample

Re: that reverb
yeah a delay would be the way to do it. Load up your sample, spilt the signal. One dry the other going into a reverb. Then after the reverb, a delay 0 feedback 100 wet

Re: that reverb
wow such dogeverb
much delaye
woofe
i initially thought you were talking about the tail coming off the end of the sample, yeah you wanna toy around with the early reflection level (labelled ER in most plugins *derp*)
thats what youre most likely after..

true dat.bennyfroobs wrote:ur all making it way more complicated than it needs to be
also, theres no set rule for this sort of thing, the settings that everyones talking about are across different plugins, which means different results will ensue and its all boils down to personal taste/what you want form the sample/sound.
just point the fella in the right direction, no need to be so specific, once he has found what he needs he'll gauge the depth himself.
JUST my opinion.
