Had some x-rays because they thought it might be broken, fortunately not, but it's a severe sprain. Was just doing some off season american football training in the sports hall at my gym, and just rolled my ankle whilst I was running at full speed. Hit the deck, then it started to feel it alright so I played basketball for 20 minutes. 
Can't put any weight on it now, 3-4 weeks healing time, so hopefully just in time for pre-season training to start. Fucking long.

we aren't really mates it's just really difficult, a lot has happened and I just thought it would be better if I'd leave her be, that she would be happy and have fun, I just didn't want to hurt her again because I'm a complete dumbfuck concerning relationships, I've always made the wrong choices involving her and obviously kept on making the wrong ones
the treatment worked for a moment but some experts already told her they don't know what to do, now onto one of the serious treatments and hope it works
just feel horrible :s
so if anybody knows anyone with Crohns fill me in
