How's that Subpac pair with the D5's? Feel like there's a hole anywhere?

I like what I'm seeing here. A real working studio. But next time you call it a laboratory, I'm calling the Hammer of Dawn down on your house.

nope. if anything it got better because i could turn the boundary settings on the equators down to where they were supposed to be (1 not 3). the subpac really dominates its designated frequency range so there wasn't really a need for "sub" coming out of my 5'' monitors, if you could call it that.

You're only allowed to call it a lab if you've got an MPC60/SP1200, a Rhodes, a set of Technics, and at least 37% of the room's volume filled with vinyl.

Must hurt your neck producing with your head tilted 20 degrees to the left like that. At least you've got some Aleve.

You realize there's cables that plug on the front of your motherboard right? You can't all make them magically disappear. That said you could probably get those power cables out of the way.

nope. if anything it got better because i could turn the boundary settings on the equators down to where they were supposed to be (1 not 3). the subpac really dominates its designated frequency range so there wasn't really a need for "sub" coming out of my 5'' monitors, if you could call it that.
Im really into the idea of those D5s, are they quite flat?
Thinking of getting the budget adam ones but they look like a real alternative.

The D5s don't really reach down in the sub range. But they are amazing for the price otherwise.

That is so significant though... I don't get people being okay with not being able to hear a very important frequency range. Just don't get it.

I agree. A sub is probably next on the list.
