Re: Working Out....
Wrap a thick towell around the barbell and save up for fat gripz in the mean time!
Just remember to have the opening of it always face your palms when doing the exercise. The guy in the video didn't do that, probably because he wasn't working out with them, but that keeps them place.

I've always done grip strength training ever since my martial arts days. I have good internet pages on improving it if anyone's interested.
Want to get a Captain of Crunch gripper. They are the gripping worlds benchmark of manliness

Do that using our screennames to without disclosing anymore and just do that randomly after they asked you your expectations for next season. Re: Working Out....
Gosta say tho. For a music forum, there's very little broscience here with more focus on just doing the right lifts and eating a ton of food.
So bigups m8s.

Haven't eaten yet.
Unintentional intermittent fasting ftw!

Re: Working Out....
Fairly standard intake for me today so far;
Breakfast - 4 eggs + protein shake made with milk
Lunch 1 - pasta salad w/ assorted raw veg, chicken breast & chimi churri dressing
Lunch 2 - chicken breast, half a head of steamed brocollo, sweet potato
Snacks - 2 x apples, bag of mixed nuts
Have mixed it up a bit since last time I think I posted about my diet in here. Dropped the tuna sandwiches for the pasta dish, pasta salad now takes that place occasionally substituting cous cous/quinoa depending on what I've got in that week.
Cooking up a batch of chicken/sweet potatoes at a time works well, then just tupperware in the fridge. Usually getting through about 2.5kg/5.5lbs of chicken a week now for lunches at work (pre cooked weight).
Water consumption is ~3litres at work, not counting the green teas.

Re: Working Out....
Another killer for grip is towel pull ups. I used too have a really sick heavy gripper which killed my grip too.
Also after using protein shake after my last workouts i´ve started getting addicted. They taste soooo goooooood.
