Come on, that's a dope 'fuck you' to the countless of people who felt the need to pick on her (a 14 year old girl at the time who got the opportunity to do what most 14 year olds want to do).

'Friday' sucked shit, but it sucked about as much as most shit people listen to. Mobbing a little girl like that and jumping on the hate-train to be cool was a lowpoint of 2011 (?).

I don't think it topped the first masterpiece but still.. Wow.. What a tune. The full spectrum of emotion really shines through the beautiful voice and lyrical complexities that this wonderful piece has to share with us.. From the joys of its arrival to the sorrow of its impending demise. Even that authentic phone ring at 1:07, for example, just captures the whole feeling of Saturday in all its glory. The cinematography was just mind blowing. Humping a triceratops at a house party really says so much about current affairs. I think we can all take an important message away from this important piece of work and use this timeless wisdom to help build a better tomorrow. Surely, what this music has to teach us will echo throughout the eons. I cannot wait for what Sunday has in store. Bravo.

Literally no worse than the other chart stuff I hear at the gym. Even "Friday" had stronger lyrics than most of the Will.I.Am & co tunes.

Nope. Just had a look through the top 40, and of the tunes I recognise, this is no more unlistenable. You're lying to yourself if you think this is any worse.

Yeah yeah, saying this tune is equally as shit as the shit tunes in the top 40 on a music forum will see people flocking to me as a messiah of cool. Newspapers are already looking for me to expand on my comment.

It's just an opinion. If this came on at the gym, I wouldn't look up out of shock at a seriously shit tune.
