Buying a synth/midi controller

Post by ShrapnelDubstep » Sun Dec 08, 2013 2:15 pm

Hey, can DSF help me out, I got some good suggestions on my previous thread but I explained wrong, I need a synthesizer/Midi controller that works standalone as well as with ableton live, I was going to purchase the novation impulse but that does not work standalone, my budget is around £300, any suggestions?

You can probably get a used bass station for about that price. I'm sure there's a lot if other things in that range (used), but that's just the first that comes to mind.

Or better yet, you can get a microbrute for about $300. That thing looks like the shit.
