You know I twice did a nofap thing, once for three weeks and once for a month. It was pretty hard and weird. I can't explain why, and it probably was placebo (the whole "your brain on porn" thing isn't really scientific now is it), but I felt better during those periods. Beter motivation, concentration and so on. Might do it again once.
