I wouldn't necessarily say the best hands down, but they're definitely in the conversation. You can definitely tell they're not trying to be part of the London scene and that lyrically they're very inventive. Plus they got a lot of Mark1 production to spit vocals on, so that doesn't hurt. Definitely a dope crew.

they're sick - reppin north and bringin grime differently...

wouldn't say they're necessarily the best lyrically but they're pretty clever and always bring energy - live they absolutely smack it :D

Mark One on the prduction he allways makes the catchy bangers(slow down , watsed etc etc) - also two other Virus Syndicate producers who you will hear alot of in the next few months are Dr Knows & Hindo Nagasaki.

JSD , NIKA D & GOLDFINGER in my book are very underated they dont chat about the normal 'mc lyrics' about i did this and done that and i murk bla bla bla bullshit... they chat sense and what happens in the world !!!

I do know at the moment they have just moved into there new Studio and they are locked in there 24/7 working on new projects. They have a some bangers.

you can not really compare V.S to the likes of Roll Deep, Boy Better Knows or even Slew Dem.

I'm not usually that keen on M.C's, as I find them quite samey and continually chatting about the same stuff but I thoroughly rate V.S and SlaughterMob,

Probably my favourite grime set ever:

VIRUS SYNDICATE - CONTAGIOUS RHYMIN VOL 2

[right-click & 'save as' to download]

Virus rule. They smacked it when we had em
down to Ruffnek, need to get em back again
