alcohol is actually bad for your sleep, as much as it helps you drift off the sleep isn't as restful
Yeah I've heard that but what if you naturally have unrestful sleep? I regularly wake up numerous times throughout the night and always struggle to drift off.. maybe alcohol aided sleep isn't great quality sleep but it certainly feels better than my natural sleep lol.
nowaysj - that'd make sense, maybe I'm getting constantly stuck at the dream stage of sleep and waking up before getting to the deep stage.. hence the feeling shitty.
I did a sleep study at like a sleep doc, and the report said I woke 40 times an hour. HAHA, madness. I've had bags under my eyes reach my ears... think about that for a minute.

you can get them sleep aiding device thingies to open up your nasal passages etc
