DROP is back in the Sophbeck Basement on Friday 7th Feb with 3 special guest DJs:

DROP's first guest lineup of 2014 takes place on Friday 7th February at Sophbeck Sessions with 3 guest headliners:

First up is Chesslo Junior, a brilliant young producer who's had releases on Crystal Culture and Wotnot, as well as remixes for Deft, Kelpe and Fybe:One! We caught one of his live sets in London earlier this year at Deft's EP launch and it really blew us away! Check the links on the event wall to get a taster of what to expect!

He'll be joined by Manchester's Jonny Dub. Arguably one of the UK's finest alternative selectors, Jonny holds down residencies at The Warehouse Project and at Manchester's critically acclaimed Hoya Hoya club night, which he co-runs with Illum Sphere. His sets have been praised by the likes of Gaslamp Killer and Daedelus, he's opened up for a huge range of established acts from Skream to Flying Lotus, Hudson Mohawke to People Under the Stairs and he's played at loads of underground festivals including Outlook, Soundwave and Dimensions as well as the legendary Low End Theory in LA. We're extremely excited to have him play for us!

The third guest is one of our favourite new producers, Tehbis! His beats have been heavily supported by Kutmah on his Sketchbook Radio show on NTS, in clubs, on Kutmah's 2012 Brownswood Worldwide Family Compilation as well as on recent Boilerroom sessions. He also produces music as part of a duo called Hotheadss, whose beats have been a regular feature at DROP nights over the past 12 months! Check the links on the event wall to hear more!

They'll be joined by DROP resident and DMC World Online Champion, Jon1st. Jon has recently supported Bonobo, Badbadnotgood, MF Doom and LV and just recorded a guest mix for Foreign Beggars' latest podcast!
