Don't listen to this, do what you want and if it doesn't work for you don't do it again, learn from your own mistakes bro, what works for you may not work for others and vice versaHypefiend wrote:dont do it

I think you are right in assuming it does that to a brain. And even that most people that do anything creatively have one of those. But artistically speaking, decision making is the mum and the creation is just a tiny infant with little ability.nowaysj wrote:Yeah, I feel you on that bruv. I think weed fucks with your executive functions too much to make good decisions. Like it puts you in touch with the groove, and timbre, but then decision making goes to shit. Need to have all that going at the same time. If you continually use drugs to achieve mental states, you diminish your own ability to naturally achieve those mental states.
Cringing at the use of naturally, perhaps someone with a thesaurus can come up with a better word?
So to be able to really take some chances with this baby and get it all different from the other babies and trusting that decision - getting high is probably a good idea.
Or - that the ability to make decisions relies so much on your ability to trust, that if you were to trust something more abstract - it could help being less restricted by emotion or sences. The 'talking to strangers drunk' analogy and so on.
I don't think this is definitively true in all aspects relating to the mind. It's like the universe it's infinitely expanding (bro). If you continually use drugs to achieve mental states, you diminish your own ability to naturally achieve those mental states.
