I'm a newbie of the sorts but one of the first tunes I heard on it's own in dubstep was "Slope" & it's been a big fav since. Shit I even played it on the show last nite.

i've always cherished my first Mark One plate, the "Turn it Up" Texture 12". "Tribesman" is a nice track for an example of early dubstep. I was happy to own this, shit was hard to find locally in shops in Vancouver, Canada, back in the day. Texture plates were poppin up back then, and were some of the first "dubstep" that made me go apeshit, if ya get me. Texture, Mark One... my interest in this music from the beginning

Raindance all the way!! in fact it's one of the tunes that made me go from "yeh this dubstep thing is pretty interesting" to "fuck! this is the most exciting thing to happen in years!"

Damn I feel nostalgic now...

Prefer the earlier stuff, really like that tune Rage he did on Vehicle way back, probably cause it reminds me of old Photek a bit though

The texture releases are all up there though, amazing tunes.

Plodder. But I don't want to hear it remixed. It's perfect and should be left alone. Like Marmite.
