How to make McMash Clan's synth

I've been wondering on how to make this synth by the McMash Clan. It turns up at 1:54 - 1:57:

Did they scratch the sound?? Or is it made in Massive or Sylenth?

It's a sound called Hoover or Mentasm, I think you can find something similar in the Sylenth's preset bank.

I think you might be referring to the lazer synth? It's basically detuned saw waves with an envelope on the pitch with a fast attack and decay
