Fake genres thread

Post by Harkat » Fri Feb 14, 2014 12:05 pm

Make up fake genres. Bonus points if you produce a beat as an example of your fake genre. The stupider the better.

Trancehall - Dancehall made in protest to homophobic jamaican culture. It's dancehall except "battyman" is used in a positive context and the airhorn samples are pitched up and down to create fabulous euphoric breakdowns. Probably not very good music tbh.

This is a fake genre thread though, so something that doesn't count as a genre would be a fake genre and therefore count in the context of this thread.

Future Gay-rage: Vocalists use growls and screams to fight injustices faced by homosexuals, over atmospheric pads and 2-step drums heavily laced with reverb and woodblocks
