It's a really immersive intro, I loved the crackle also. It's a great track so far!

Semi-related, thanks for posting the vocodex/fm8 bass tutorial in the growl bass thread. The results I've gotten from it have been getting a lot of attention in that thread and I figured i'd throw you a thank you!
