any stress or sadness in my life atm could be fixed with money. ive never got the whole 'money doesnt buy u happiness' - other than human relationships pretty much everything can be sorted with money lol

you could travel the world, start your own club night, buy an island etc etc

and just stop being a peasant in general

as mason said, the only thigns we need 'objectivly' would be things for our survival

but to reach new levels of hapiness u need a yacht and an island

im a pretty happy easy going guy, and the only things i ever worry about are debt and financial security in the future. i cant think of anything else thats really bad in my life other than those

and both would be sorted with a fuck tonne of money.

i think people dont wanna come across materialistic, but the 99% would be a whole lot happier if they were ballin hard

I was trying to bring him closer to an understanding of the reason people say that money can't buy happiness.
Ultimately, as human persons, the quality of our social interactions is what is important. He seemed to recognize that, but he didn't show an understanding of the relation between that and the statement he claimed he didn't understand.
