That's some funny stuff Sd5 - I quite like them in the new materials...funky brights

Who was it that did the big penis men - Bearden - Romain Bearden....?

It was Aubrey - Aubrey Beardsley...

I'm afraid to post a picture because it might get me banned...
It's funny stuff - but I get bored of everything sex after a while...

At one of the jewelry trade shows - I think it's Niche...
Everyone makes little one off pins - just cheap little things....
and they trade them with everyone else at the show...
It's a "tradition" - It looks like she may be doing that sort of thing with those.

I've never been to a trade show.

Aubrey Beardsley is great. I saw a show of a bunch of his work a couple years ago - had never fully realized how influential he was on Austin Osman Spare's style.

the visual technology esthetically has gone really downhill imo, the old videocameras were cool, if you saw a super 8 it really had a nice vibe, now a home made film looks shit, old photos were much more nice than digital photos and today i have been in a dark room experimenting with photography paper and it was awesome, the special fx in movies like videodrome were muuuuch more cool than most of the ones nowadaysj

Of minor note, I worked in special fx for the film industry during the last days of models. Got my start at a studio that was desperately trying to transition to digital, and now they do the walking dead. :(
