Live 9 Suite Activation Problem

I would have posted this on the Abelton forums, except when I click "register" it does nothing so I assume it's not working. I've sent them an email but no response so I've detailed the issue below.

I have the Live 9 Suite boxset, with the serial on the box. I am trying to enter the serial on the box onto Abelton's "Add a License" page, but every time I do it I get the following error:

You do not own a license to which this serial number can be applied. If you have a Push please register it first.

Any ideas on what's going on?

My Abelton account is 1-2 years old, from when I used the trial.

Edit: I have registered my Push. Forgot to add that.

Odd. Fixed it. I downloaded intro, then added the serial and it worked. That is so odd, because at first I installed it from the disk. Ah well all works.

Probably because you got an upgrade to live 9
