The past week I've seen Her, 12 Years a Slave and 12 Monkeys. I liked Her the best. Incredible movies.

I'm not insane for 12 monkeys but I'm always curious what people thought of it? On some levels it is really great, but not the easiest watch.

It's Deceptively complex. Bruce Willis is very strong in this role and convincingly projects vulnerability and desperation. If you've seen Brazil (1985), it's very much in the same vein, same sort of cinematography.

I don't know if it's a classic, but it's pretty solid overall. Takes a few minutes to get going IMO.

Yeah, it just feels weird to say that of a film with Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt in it.

I've got Brazil recorded, watched the first 15 minutes about 20 times but just don't seem to get round to watching the whole thing. Knowing it's going to be well intense and surreal has just hyped it too much.

tbh I love Brazil but it's much more Python than twelve monkeys is.

The societal critique etc is more solid and harsh than in twelve monkeys but more of a laugh. Not a demanding watch at all, except for it having a slowish build up.

Watch it immediately imo

I can't remember if I got this from DSF but it made me laugh. What a skank.

I’ve told her stories too many times. She’s a crazy bitch. She would come drugged up to set. Would walk around naked (not that that’s a bad thing), she would shave her pu**y in front of crew, she had her period one time and asked the AD (assistant director) for a tissue for her “pu**y” and then she left said bloody tissue on set and in the bathroom. This one time she made a PA go into the bathroom with her and made the girl PA hold her hand while she took a sh*t. She would always be screaming and crying on set. Causing all kinds of scenes. Her dialogue or scene for a normal actress should take a few hours max. Paz would f**king have like 3 lines of dialogue and it would be an entire day. It was brutal. She also brought her black life coach to set. It was ridiculous. Unfortunately, I never got to smell her though.

I will give Brazil a determined effort tonight.

Forget what i said, i've finally appreciating this sequel. What a intense movie. 9/10

The World's End
Decent comedy, but Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz are much funnier. 7/10

This Is the End
The trailer illustrated me a great laid-back comedy, but after an halfhour the jokes were becoming too flat and then it just wen downhill with the whole movie. Too bad, it's been a long time that i've seen a comedy of that kind who succeeded in doing what it supposed to do. 4/10

Prestige:
normally i hate everything but i thought this was quite entertaining.
film about 2 magicians. will say no more cos it has quite a lot of cheeky surprises in it. ending was excellent and you clock onto a lot of little cheeky easter egg type things thrown in throughout the film at the end. shit accents throughout the whole film tho. like ffs just get some axctors that are actually form london instead of getting amuricans to do crap LDN accents. stupiud hollywood ploppers. (michael caine was excellent as always)

Hunger Games 2:
this film is shit and STILL a massive battle royale rip off. was slightly better than the first one but really not worth watching at all tbh
