As much as I love Spacey, just can't see myself ever getting into a political drama

Tempted to buy the wire so I can actually see it properly from start to finish, still so much money for something i've mostly seen before though..

Its average. Kills time, its very easy to watch and quite enjoyable.. I went to rewatch the last episode of the 2nd season as the 3rd had started, forgot it was 45+ mins and turned it off. I'll probably get round to watching the new ones at some point but I'm in no rush, wasn't that great.

Theres not really a strong main storyline throughout, just vague stuff going on which continues throughout.. but they mostly focus on lawsuit cases which last an episode or 2.. probably why its so easy to watch.

I think it was my hangover TV of choice a year or 2 ago.

Same, everyone I know that watches it is telling me to give it a chance.

My girl's pretty lukewarm on it for the same reasons... she keeps falling asleep and missing all the sex, drugs and murder.

Don't really like sketch shows but decided to start 'Mr. Show with Bob & David' (aka Saul Goodman & Tobias Funke). Its really good, each sketch flows into the next which is cool. Only seen 4 episodes and so far I don't think they've repeated characters, unlike most sketch shows that repeat the same shite character with a catchphrase for 85 series.

I think most, if not all, are on youtube as well.

I just saw the second episode of True Detective and damn, this is far beyond mental. Never thought it could be better than Game of Thrones and House of cards.

Halfway through season 6 and starting to get tired of this, seems to have a problem with dragging out really boring storylines. Beginning to not really care what happens anymore, suppose I've only got the rest of this season and another to go so maybe as well watch it till the end I suppose.

Looking for a new comedy (well, not necessarily new, just something I haven't seen) to watch - watched all of Always Sunny, Curb, 30 Rock, Extras, Office (UK), Eastbound & Down, Arrested Development, Archer, Workaholics, Trailer Park Boys, Louie, to name a few.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine worth watching?

Pretty decent imo.

If you like Archer check out Chozen, made by the same people i think.

Also Parks and Recreation and Community are worth checking out, and the american office is decent too.
