How to create that sound?

I've recently heard this sound in Follow Me VIP by Kryptic Minds. I recall hearing it (or very similar sound) in a lot of electronic music actually. I have now idea how to call it, hope you'll give me some hints on how to recreate it.

Kind of sounds like a form of supersaw with a bandpass or lowpass on it

The LP cutoff descends. You could automate the cutoff of a one-shot, and play it in a sampler.
