SWINDLE (DEEP MEDI / BUTTERZ)
https://soundcloud.com/swindleuk

Introducing Swindle, a multi-talented musician and producer. Hailing from South London, he took a keen interest in music at a young age, learning to play the piano aged 8 and recording his own music by 13. Taking influence from Jazz, Reggae and Soul artists (including Miles Davis, Bob Marley and Stevie Wonder), Swindle focused his energies on making predominantly Grime and Hip Hop beats whilst attending college.
From 2007-2009, Swindle produced for a host of UK underground stars including Chipmunk, Professor Green, Roll Deep and Roses Gabor, whilst making steps to break out as a producer fronting his own music. Linking up with Elijah & Skilliam as they started the Butterz label proved to be the turning point back in 2010, a move that saw him step into the limelight for the first time.
Playing sets that consist mainly of his own music, he always leaves an individual stamp on ravers with his unqiue brand of Jazz-leaning, Funk-laden Grime and Dubstep. In between that, expect exclusive sounds from Butterz label mates like Terror Danjah & Royal-T as well recent collaborations with heavy-hitters Roska and Silkie. Swindle’s biggest tracks to date include Butterz staple ‘Mood Swings’, ‘Ignition’ featuring Footsie and Deep Medi club stomper ‘Do The Jazz’, all 3 of which he has had the pleasure of playing to crowds all over the world, including headline tours in both the USA and South Africa.
In 2013, Swindle released his debut full-length album ‘Long Live The Jazz’ on Deep Medi, a 13-track journey through one of dance music’s most creative minds and includes features from The Milk, Sam Frank, Terri Walker and Footsie. Exploring his unique style entirely at will, Long Live The Jazz not only announced the arrival of Swindle the artist but also Swindle the musician, with the album built around the notion of live performance. His debut live show in June, complete with full band, saw the album performed in it’s entirety to a rapturous ovation from a captivated audience, something built on during his time playing keys on Mala’s ‘Mala In Cuba’ tour over the last year. In short, he is quite simply one of dance music’s most uniquely talented young artists.

SMASHELTOOTH
https://soundcloud.com/smasheltooth

There once was a dreamy-eyed lass and only punk rock and hardcore could make her shake her ass. One day she was walking around the block when she heard a boombox play hip hop. She started dancing and yelling YAAAAY but fell over and landed in a pile of dancehall-reggae. Reggae covered her eyes and face when she meandered into a basement playing drum and bass. This music made her dance and shake her back until she thought she'd have a heart attack. Then an unknown mysteriously deep bass sound led her into a secret room where dubstep was abound. Deciding she'd already fallen in love with enough musics in this one day, she finally went home and had dreams of getting thizz faced and riding the whip with Mac Dre.

Going stoopid doo-doo dumb on the stage with the likes of ___insert name dropping dopeness here____ Smasheltooth intends to integrate inner-city raps with privileged producer slaps and spread musical butter over rumps across the globe in the name of Furl! Yadadaholla?

THE PIRATE
https://soundcloud.com/pirateslaps

Andrew Gruver, aka The Pirate, has etched out a solid place for himself in the highly saturated DJ real estate along the Coastline of California and beyond in just 5 years behind the turntables. Currently, he hosts a future bass monthly called Space Bass – alongside Little John of Raindance infamy – in downtown Santa Cruz, and rocks clubs and festivals up and down the west coast. His sets are fueled by an instinctive ability beyond his years, as he combines all styles of bass music, while staying grounded in his heart and soul – reggae and hip hop. His selections and mixes keep even the most pervasive dub spotter enthralled and will keep any dance floor packed. Be sure to catch The Pirate at festivals and events this summer- he'll probably be in the back of the crowd in a cloud of smoke.. OR up in front, behind the decks! baBOOM

AUTOEROTIQUE
(Dim Mak / Toronto, Canada)
This past summer Autoerotique once again caught the attention of electro fans with their brand new EP, EKG. The Dim Mak release featured two edits, one by JFK of MSTRKRFT, and three high-energy original mixes, including “Roll the Drums” featuring Marissa Jack. Praised for it’s out-of-the-box sound design and rattling snare riffs, EKG was another step forward for the dynamic duo. It has since been followed up by two remix EPs: Roll the Drums Remixes and WTF Remixes, featuring work by Felix Cartal, Clockwork, Torro Torro, VCO and Damaged Goods.

UBERJAK'D
(Ministry Of Sound / Australia)
Uberjak’d is at the forefront of the new wave of Australian club producers impacting the global electronic scene, with freshly signed deals across Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak, Ministry of Sound Australia and Laidback Luke’s Mixmash.
