Hi
I am looking for the best way to achieve close to or something like the plucky background arps VR uses in the "Quantum" (Virtual Riot Remix) not sure whats the best route to go about this.

The best route to go about this is opening your daw and trying to recreate it yourself. That's the best route, believe me or not.
