8)

prolly one of my favorite pop songs ever, serious guilty pleasure when I was a kid lol. Used to watch that music video completely transfixed but I wouldn't admit liking anything like this.

Nelly Furtado is too peng/cool

Also that period of Timbaland production was just on point as fuck

I listened to so much commercial "Hip Hop/RNB" radio as a kid, got a lot of those timbaland tribal drums stuck in my head

And that one radio Timbaland tune with the lady singer just fully orgasming for like 30 seconds in the breakdown  used to feel so dirty listening to that

MIA does have a grating voice but that's what i like about her. she also doesn't give a fuck and we'd probably tear up the bar. KALA was a good album, did not regret buying that one. bird flu is a fucking TUNE. goddamn i love tribal rhythm.

also santigold is so underrated. why doesn't she get more press?.. oh nm. i know why.

I was crewing for the Justin Timberlake show at the O2 this morning. He has a case as tall me full of just sneakers as part of the wardrobe section we delivered backstage (which was a lorry full just on it's own).

Honestly when the stage was all built and everything it looked liked it was gonna be a sick show. Kind of wish I was going.

This is great. Who says there's no soul or emotion in pop music these days? These kids have got it.

Something more uplifting that I couldn't get out of my head last year....

Don't hear enough harp in tunes these days. Great vocal too. Listened Sam Smith as a result of this tune, and hated it, and it put me off the tune a bit. But my son loves it so it has a little soft spot for me :P

I don't want to post the music I hate. They already have enough youtube views, they don't need any more.
