the situation with my ac/heat at my apt is growing more and more interesting by the day.

one of my roommates wants it at 68 cold, when it's like 40-60 degrees F out during the night-day (like just open ur widow ffs its colder outside than it is in here). It's freezing. I just turn it off cause it's so cold (but all the air goes into my room since im closer to the unit, you can literally hear my vent roaring and their's is like a little hiss). But just realized by other roommates been playing us against each other, that sneaky fucker. I told the one roommate im down to compromise at 70 F, and then 10 minutes later it mysterious was turned to 74 F

He really wants it warm i think, but wants me to fight the good fight for him lol

Reduce the airflow out of your vent, this will force more air into their room.

lol i already got this huge magnetic plate back when i moved in (in the fall). i stuck it to the vent but the air was strong enough to push it off. taped down the edges, still strong enough to push it off. kept adding more and more tape. it was impossible to keep it on unless i put a fuckload of tape AND let a little bit of it come through. so that's been on there. it stops it from blowing really hard straight onto you but the air still seeps thru.

i should get a pipe that runs from the vent out of the door.

because he probably thought he had a simple proof but then realized it doesnt work and never went back and fixed what he wrote in the margins

a proof was found for the theorem but it was really complicated and built upon a lot of math that didnt even exist at fermat's time

What bugs me is that in addition to the 'main one' there were others. Apparently, the reasons were as weak as "I have to feed the cat".

I want that job where you break into abandoned/condemned buildings and walk around classifying things (I think) like the condition of the water tank, electricity, and so on. Like the guy in the White Noise video has (yeah yeah h8 on that song all you like). Reckon that'd be the sickest job, as long as you got a semi-livable wage. You'd get to work alone, in these moody, cool places, go somewhere new every day etc. Sounds a billion times better than working in any office with other stnuc to tolerate while having to sit still on your ass in a stuffy, dead environment all day.

I tried googling "man job white noise disclosure video abandoned houses", "job where you break into abandoned condemned houses" etc but no luck . Any older and wiser heads know what this job is called and what education I'd need to get it?

Well breaking in and breaking in lol, I think the Disclosure video dude has keys to all the buildings. But the important thing is that they're abandoned buildings, at least for the most part. I don't so much fancy grillinng some bloke about how safe his fusebox is, I just wanna get in there myself.
