Do any of you meditate?

i tried doin this again with binaural beats the other night, forgot how nice it can be. i used a program called gnaural or somehting, really useful. my head feels really clear for a good hour or so post-meditation. i also noticed i made music in my dreams a lot more, idk if tht was related to the meditation but it was cool.

it's a great read, but I find it much harder to buckle down and meditate now, for obvious reasons.
