you just drop a scoop in a 'nice cup of nes' or do you heat the beans in butter ?

:o

Current method is Ethiopian beans, coarsely ground than brewed in a coffee pot/cafetera. Once made, pour into a large mug. Add a tbsp of butter and a tbsp of MCT oil, then blend. Got a small battery powered whisk thing at Tigre the other week for this.

Blend until you've got a creamy foam on top.

Unsalted, grass fed if possible. Kerry Gold would be ideal.

Two other staple foods for hangovers for me are:

Cheese on Toast with Worcester Sauce

Sausage/Bacon Barm with Brown Sauce (HP)

Yes. Cows are not supposed to be fed grain derivatives in high yield low cost setups. Grass fed cows are healthier, their meat is better for you, so is their milk and associated dairy products.

Kerry Gold is good as Ireland is one of the few places in the world where feeding cows grass naturally is cheaper than mass grain to increase milk yields etc.

I've never understood people who like sweet and savoury together. Pick one or the other

I'd eat that. Most Filipino breakfasts consist of egg, rice, fruit + another protein (marinated meat, fried fish, sausage). Sorry, don't want to hijack the thread but...
