Just gonna weigh in on this after Jaydot providing us with so many comically racist assertions. I've lived my entire life in Bradford, so I think I'm fairly qualified to talk about integration and the effects of multiculturalism, and as a white working class british male, im also Jaydot's target audience.

London is an example of how well integration and multiculturalism can succeed, and Bradford is a prime example of how it can fail. This certainly isn't true of most sensible people of all nationalities, but there is an incredible amount of cultural tension in Bradford. There are places white people wouldn't be safe going in broad daylight without fear of being attacked simply because they are white. However on the other side of the coin, there are areas in Bradford (and I'm unfortunate enough to live in and near some of the most predominant) where non white people of any description risk the same.

Forcing people to co-exist has just made everyone hate and mistrust each other. Friends of mine and my girlfriends' in the past have been mugged and beaten simply because of their race. Again, I imagine theres anecdotal evidence of similar crimes from all races. The fact of the matter however, is that forced integration in Bradford has failed.

An interesting event in my local area recently also begins to give credence to the feeling that councillors in Bradford frequently put the needs of foreigners over the indigenous population for no good or sound reasoning other than to fill quotas, tick boxes and even take bribes in some cases (bribery accusations are obviously difficult to prove, but research some of Bradford Council's actions in the past decade and see for yourself, GOOGLE THE WESTFIELD DEVELOPMENTS).

A license was granted to a local Pakistani businessman who wanted to open a 70 stall asian bazaar on an already congested main road next to a school in an area that was overwhelmingly majority white. A local residents petition reaching a 1,000 or so signatures (sketchy on this claim, but the majority of residents were clearly against going on the reaction at consultations etc) changed nothing. The man was repeatedly found to have lied multiple times on his application, and has multiple convictions from a bazaar he illegally ran in another part of bradford for a few years (one of which he traded under a stop notice). Yet this was granted and work is continuing, whilst once more white british are made to feel racist and bigoted for what is now legitimately becoming discrimination.

Bradford is pretty fucked up, I have a few asian mates from there and they say similar things. I dont envy anyone that lives there... That issue is obviously a lot more complicated than ukip would have us believe though, and actually has very little to do with modern immigration. I remember learning how successive governments and industry in the 50's-60's encouraged Indian and Pakistani immigration to work in the failing textile industries and then housed them all in the same shitty areas. I mean what did they expect to happen? Obviously its easier not to integrate if your given the chance and that exactly what we did. You can't very well blame people for being here having invited them in the first place.

unless Im remembering wrong, hes on the dole and he gets an obscene amount of (heavily subsidised) medicine and has presumably not worked more than a year in his life.
