To be fair, pressing a 100 copys is not going to be cheap and Kode 9 was going for £20 everywhere in London. I saw trickys in phonica right up till gone 5.

ye but in ldn a pint of beer can cost u like £6 and in normal places it can cost a third of that price

if it was gonna cost more then whats the harm in getting a few extra tubnes cut to the Ep?

its pretentious imo

my mate made the point that its not a tune like Floating Points - Wire, which has insane production values and like 10 different musicians involved. its a good tune, but this is ridiculous

I actually just looked at my copy and it was £8.99 In BM, so really for an RSD, 10 inch, limited release. It was cheaper than all the other bits I picked up.

Do agree with not putting something on the flip is abit lazy though.

Really? It wasn't on the print out they gave out or listed online. I went to piccadilly and was following their twitter from the start and they never announced it as sold out either.

Did they get a really small amount that you had to ask or something?

Piccadilly Records? Cause they still have all the RSD stuff up on their website but no Tricky's Team.. just looked at the 2 page list of releases again and its not on there either. I checked loads of times before I went so I didn't even bother asking when I got to there.. gutted if they had it I went down early so probably would have got one.

Haha unlikely.

Yeah I get that, I found it way busier than last year. New releases are a bit gash but I like the reggae reissues on RSD.. pain in the arse if you miss something new though.

Thats what I thought, as I was the same. Also my 100 copys was based of the label on mine as it had name-100 next to it combined with the 100 comment on discogs
