Sounds good. A routine you constructed yourself? I am familiar with the concept.
Yeah, its something I've adapted myself. Still using the three day split structure

Are you like constantly sore in your muscles from the routine that I'm doing now?

I think it might be working. My shoulders are literally bloody from new stretchmarks haha.

crossfit is the brostep of exercise
Why did no one try to help him when he was getting a seizure when he was trying to do pull-ups?

So...YouTube have apparently terminate Elgintensity's account (the guy who was taking the piss out of Crossfit and kept counting zero when the guy was doing those fucking kipping pullups);

"YouTube account InfiniteElgintensity has been terminated because we received multiple third-party notifications of copyright infringement from claimants including:

Maybe if CrossFit didn't have their clients risking life and limb in the gym every day, he wouldn't have made that account in the first place.

Silly question, but did you not go over and ask? If they're using a bit of kit you want, ask them whether you can work in. If they're not using it and are just using it to lounge, ask them to move.

C'mon Eric, you said you wanted to get 'scary' by Christmas. That's as much mental as it is physical when it comes to presence.

Btw, I don't know what your gym is like, but my old routine used similar equipment and I got by fine. If you have to, you can replace the regular bench press with dumbell benches (which I find superior anyway) and get the same results.

What "deadlift bit"? You can just pick a barbell and put some weights on there. Surely they have a bunch of barbells lying around? Shit, if they don't, just take the one from the bench and hope no one else needs it. Too many people deadlift from the squat station, it makes no sense. Shit's done from the floor.

I would really just ask the people using the squatrack when they're done, they'll usually offer to share or hit you up when they're done.

Nah, 3 days per week of weight lifting and 2 of cardio is great when you want to lose weight. You're at a caloric deficit when you're trying to lose weight, so you'll have less energy anyway. 3 days per week of weight lifting is perfect for fatloss.

yeah, unfortunately it's one or the other. You can't cut while bulking or vice versa.
