Any sound organised by a human I consider to be music. Whether it be from the vocal chords, or the feedback from Hendrix's amp, or an orchestra of chainsaws it's music.

Any sound interpreted by a human as music, is also music. So birdsong, or the rhythmic pulse of a breaking tide, or industrial hammers at a steelworks etc. If they sound like music to you, then who's to say it isn't?
