deftones' white pony was also pretty emotional for me.. and hed pe:s albums or how ever the fuk it was spelled lol

quickly grew out of nu-metal tho it's the horriblest music.. i know there's prolly going to be some sort of revisitation in 5 years but i swear my opinions not gonna change, maybe there'll be new bands that'll play it in a more tasteful way but no-ones gonna listen to crap like limp pizkit, papa roach and linkin bark anymore lol

I still rate deftones tbh, that last album they put out wasnt very good but the one before, Diamond Eyes, is great stuff imo

Lol hed(pe).

They were fucking awful.

Deftones were sick though. Around The Fur and White Pony still stand up.

System Of A Down's first album was really good at the time. It's not aged well really but I can still listen to it from time to time.

Deftones are sick. Don't really rate the latest two albums, but those before that are quality.

Really? I find Diamond Eyes & Koi No Yakan to be some of the best stuff they've done:

Yeah, like the odd tune off them, but when I first heard White Pony it grabbed me straight away.

White Pony is one of my all-time favourites from music in general, but Diamond Eyes has something special going for it too. They experimented in a good way with that album, uneven song structures and some amazing production

But yeah nothing beats Pink Maggit
