Love the sludgy groove and the half time chunky bass

Miles better than Xingfu Lu imo
Agree with all of that, Okay isn't that great. I was expecting the Xingfu Lu plate and stuck it on and Uh played, was pretty pleasantly surprised tbh.. it is better than Xingfu Lu. Blagged it.

Such a shame imo.

Blawan had such a sense for groove that was just completely smothered in a self-indulgent analogue 4x4 nosh-fest

Don't mind when people fancy a change of direction as it's entirely up to them, but it always saddens me when people go from making really interesting, unique stuff, to stuff that has been done before them and better (Blawan, Skream, Boddika).

Fram/Iddy will always be a Spencer Percival. :U:

Didn't boddika always do what he does now pretty much? I mean apart from the dnb stuff.

yeah +1

actually i wouldnt lump boddika and blawan in with skream, that is an absolute par

blawan although what he's doing is kinda imo stagnant, hes not doing it badly, its not like the pinnacle of techno but he;s pretty on point most of the tiem

and instramental were v forward thinking, but so was sunklofree

random trivia:
boddika is the name of the bad guy on robocop
