saw today that first film of orson wells that they found last year. But i saw a version that TCM Spain did from the film with a kind of "futuristic" music from a spanish composer, and it was a bit of a vibe killer, didnt suit very good the film. The film is pretty strange too nothing similar to anything that orson has ever done.

Goodbye Dragon Inn. It's pace is very slow, reminiscent of Kiorastami's work. But if you're a patient film-watcher then I recommend this. Ming-liang manages to get this beautiful balance going between fantasy and reality, to the point where a gay guy starts to explore his own sexuality by trying to chat up ghosts

Best special I have seen recently. Yes, recently includes Louis CK (and Wim Helsen).
It's an hour of comedy that contains topics reaching from roasting your grandma while she is dying to tips on how to actually get back at the banks for fucking our world up

Watched John Hodgman's Ragnarok after it, which was really good as well.
Didn't know about him other than some small roles in films/series, but just reading his Wiki is
hilarious
