Ok.. so I feel It's either David Bowie on a technicality because James brown who is regularly cool, had to have some of his people sample this beige guys' drum breaks because they just had so much funk in them- that his entire school of drummers couldn't deliver or Bill Murray because if you place him next to any of the other people mentioned in the thread, his attitude would just trumph theirs, is this correct?
