maybe when you design your production lines you could make them a lil more fun, perhaps a lot of car horns and slide whistle sounds to give it a looney tunes rube goldberg vibe

That's not the issue though.
It's the constant, mundane, repetitive tasks that would get me.
Doing the same action day in and day out for years.
I don't like repetitive tasks.
