i weight 90 kilos now m8. have been all the summer eating like a pig and getting drunk daily, sometimes even twice. so im giving everything a rest and doing exercise

You could do exercise and keep on drinking - not at the same time obviously

I dunno, life without drinking seems boring as fuck...

If anything will keep you from actually loosing some weight it's drinking.

Combine daily exercise with a diet of amphetamines and smoking.

this, i need to stay one month without drinking for loose weight and then i will get fucked every friday. Also i need a rest i got really scared when my liver started to hurt for first time in my life.
second part is pretty on point to but i have asthma and shouldn't smoke and i don't have money for amphetamines
