we were squatting a farm on the landside.
we were peaceful and respectfull to the house we were squatting. we have already been in contact with the owners and the police. everything was going well.

then on saturday around 9.30pm a group of 10-12 fascists wearing masks all in black and one wearing a combat 18 sweater attacked us with wooden sticks, planks and pepper spray.

we are all shocked.

we did yesterday a spontaneous action with ~60 people. putting letters in all mailboxes informing about organized fascists in theor pretty little village. also put up a banner on the former squat.

Usually homeless, drug and mental heath problems, a lot of them working but don't earn enough to pay rent/save up for bond, and some of them do it for political reasons, some are students who can't tell the difference between a squat and student digs, and a tiny amount of them are freeloader wasters.

when it's politically motivated, it's often to do with making use of buildings which would otherwise be left unoccupied because the legal owner has no use for it/has chosen to leave it empty. i think it can definitely be a good thing as long as it's done in a positive way, it's usually done as a kind of protest against landlords who buy property they don't need just for the sake of profit

i'm no expert though by any means so anyone who knows more feel free to correct me!
