Re: Starting record company. Need help.
Just from my own experience its much better for a label to not publicly post on forums to find a group of people to help you run your idea for the label.
Just hit people up on soundcloud you're feeling and make a network. All you're going to get out of posting this is 3 things.
A) trolling cause you're 17, been producing 11 months and think you're worthy of releases.
B) Starting producers such as yourself (inexperienced and young) hitting you up hoping to get releases.
C) Nothing at all.
I wished people told me to slow it down and work on my tracks when I was into my first year of making music instead of rush out to find some label to put out my tracks. It hindered more than anything.
Maybe take another year or two and then see whether your music can compete with even some of the tracks on the top10 of Juno in terms of production quality and concise ideas put into practice well.
Not busting your balls, just giving you the actual truth.

^well said - from what I've seen he tells it like it is
I don't have much to add myself; maybe finding an already existing club-thing versus taking it upon yourself to start up your own. Either way, I have big aspirations too. Wish you the best.

Listening to the tunes on your Soundcloud, I honestly do not believe your productions are yet at a standard that they should be 'released' on a label. By putting out sub-par material you may do yourself more harm than good in the long run.
Collaborate with other producers, network, work with other people, improve your skills...but take your time and don't be in a rush to start a label just for the sake of self promotion and to get a few more 'likes'.
