Cause that sounds like a Decent idea tbh

Yes, an iKey Audio M3. It's a portable recorder that records directly onto an sd card. Runs off batteries if needed, adjustable inputs etc. About the size of two packs of cigarettes.[

Vesta mixer (PCV 275) has dual outputs, so have one for monitors and one for recording.

So ebay.

You could do worse than a second hand minidisc recorder, tbh. They capture digitally, are cheap as chips second hand. Picked mine up for backup purposes, was a fiver including a load of discs.

I take Omega 3 & 6, Lecithin, Multi vit and some C for added flu defence.
It's worked very well for years being in an office with many sick people.
It's just this new office and my proximity to the sick person.
He was coughing up chunks, blowing his nose and then dumping the tissues in the bin next to me :(

It was going on 4-5 years that I hadn't got sick.
