Havent posted in awhile, but talked to the laywer today about our case on immigration. Was looking really grim before but after today signing some stuff, It looks like im staying in the states, beyond happy! Just have to wait and hope for the best. Our case is pretty strong atm but still hoping everything goes good. The laywer is a really cool dude, young, didnt charge upfront and is hella smart. So thanks to him.

At least now I can finally drive and work , just got to be a good boy and not doing anything stupid going out in the next 6 months.

Had to share with someone :w:, been a real stressful year and last month...

South Africa lol, been in the states for 15 years and only tell us now about our case. They sent a letter saying stuff about the case and all this other garbage and basically we were fucked. Talked to this new lawyer and said it was bullshit for them to send this letter since they knew this information back in 2001 which is good when we go appeal for it and it was just looking bad till my mom found this act about people coming over and setting up business between 1998 and 2001 and if had your case messed up due to the back clog in 2001 due to 9/11 you can reapply for a greencard and all this other legality stuff.

Dont know too much on the details since my parents are hush hush and want me to focus on finishing last year in highschool right now and not worry about this.
