Bought Destiny for the PS3 the other day. Played it on a mate's PS4 a couple of times and just had to have it.

Yeah have it on PS3 as well, just basically a graphics downgrade (720p). Almost snagged a PS4 today mainly for it but said not about to drop $450 just for a bit better graphics when there's really not that many exclusives out for PS4 yet.
Oh and I have a Hori TAC3 mouse and keyboard controller to use with it as well.

It get's a bit grindy at times, but most fun I've had with a console FPS since Halo 2.

graphics comparison here

^ That actually doesn't look too bad, I thought it was gonna look like crap compared to the PS4 version.

Also, my monitor just stopped working so now I'm just sitting on a bunch of games I cna't play. Anyone know of a good value for money screen in the 30 inch range?

A lot of the cheap ones I've been looking at are only 720p though. I'd rather get a 1080p which I guess is a bit harder to find at a reasonable price

I'm on a bit of a budget so I can only go up to about £200. I guess it doesn't have to be 30+ although I'd prefer it. I've been debating whether to save a bit more and go into the £300-350 range though, seems like that's where the biggest value is at the moment

Edit: I'm mainly looking for something to watch movies on (via HDMI from my mac, and netflix) and play games, so both regular computer monitors and TVs would work

Tell me more about this... might be what I need to finally make peace with FPS on consoles. Do they do one for PS4?

I should have my PS4 later today so I'll let you know, but PS4 natively supports USB keyboards and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse

I guess the question is whether the games do... I figured the Hori thing emulates a controller so gets around lack of in-game support?

Yea it does for PS3, just getting my PS4 setup, but have to go into work in a couple so once I get a chance to test it I'll report back.
unfortunately i'm gonna have to get a bluetoothe keyboard and mouse for my ps4 as the ps4 controller works with ps3 just not the otherway so my hori m&k controller emulator is useless on my ps4.

New TGS Footage of MGSV and trailer focused on Quiet

Now commencing speculations on who Quiet really is. Related to The End ? (If any of you heathens say she's actually Chico with a sex change I'll kill someone)

The missions can get a little samey, but they spread it out well by slowly introducing the weapons and the different areas of the map.
