was expecting more discussion on the actual tunes mala dropped than about using phones in a club.....

this is gonna sound harsh but only because my english isn't good enough to make it sound civil. sorry.

i have kinda noticed this, so i do try to take that into account.

why should we discuss an incomplete setlist? it's not like we could listen back to the audio, and none of the tunes are exactly surprising. and even if - listening to a recording will never come close to the actual experience of having been there. what kind of discussion were you expecting? what is there to discuss?

part of the reason i wanted to post this is to say that I think based on playing these tunes out, I think many of the dubs might be forthcoming medi (Kaiju, Spry remix, Abattoir, Over de Soh)

fair play, I got carried away. didn't want to be all negative; it's just something I started to see more and more at our own nights in the last two years or so and this issue is bothering me since I'm under the impression that the quality of the night suffers from it.
sorry for that.

Kaiju tunes have been confirmed (see medi-thread in gd). abattoir and over deh so get played by everyone at the moment - vivek, kenzo, mala, commodo, pinch... could be anything really.

Also I have the feeling Abattoir / Over de Soh is forthcoming medi cause that one article said medi has a forthcoming gorgon plate (dread / lnb remixes) and a forthcoming kahn plate (and it makes sense that it would be those two especially if he played em right after each other).

I can understand why you got upset about the phones though if it's been a problem in your area.

I saw him live before this boiler room set and his actual set in a proper venue with a screen behind him was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than this boiler room set. Like if this is persuading you to go then you'll (hopefully) be way more impressed with seeing his actual show in person. Having the visuals projected behind him was so sick. (and I mean his weird VHS collage stuff not the random interludes in this)
