i wonder how i could make my music more known.. i don't wanna contact any labels but i'm starting to get more confident about my material and genuinely think my last three or four songs i've put out are genuinely alright, i'd listen to them.

should be ur first port of call i think apart from feedback from other producers and friends

don't put half baked stuff up in public (stuff you'll listen to in a year and be like this is shit)

i'm not into labels too much, at least with this type of music. i don't know any labels i could imagine my stuff released on. its more of a free DL type ting imo. i'm very inspired by shlohmo, suicideyear, clams casino and rnb & hiphop etc

and yeah believe me i've learnt my lesson about the half baked stuff. i mean for the 4 or so years i've been producing i've been uploading my shit from the get go and i've deleted sooo much of my stuff and it really didn't take a year at most times. more like a day or a week lol

and yes i sorta have a DJ plug already, been sending my stuff to tes la rok and few of his mates who run this great show on the radio (groundwire, theres a topic in general) they've played a lot of my stuff but they're not exactly active nowadays, don't put up nights or work with music in general guess they got other things to do
