The bassline and main driving percussion are almost exactly the same, down to delay times used. Even the way he uses that 'honk' synth is just the same exact vibe. Sure, Chimpo, put some slightly different percs in, and the midrange is slightly different.

Its more than just 'part of the song' imo, its the main idea from 50k watts lol
