nope. that technique looks like a lot of unnecessary fucking around.

imo the easiest method is buying the duvet covers with the corner holes so you can reach down and pull it up through.

my advice- if you're trying to jam the cork in with a knife, wrap that shit in a tea towel cos you will spray red wine on your garms/kitchen wall

what kind of idiot buys a bottle of wine and doesn't have a bottle opener ffs?

I guess you could rub some sticks together and light your shoes on fire tho for the BBQ

cos someone nicked ours and most of the time you assume a 4 pound bottle of wine will have a screw top

and do not have the patience for that shoe method
