SeekSickSound show on Rinse FR is tonight! 7pm London Time (8pm French time), my set is at 8.20 (GMT). Two sick DJs playing before, Nuit doing a techno set, then Laroze playing house music! I'll be spinning various bassy stuff. Since it's the first show the idea is to showcase what we'll be playing, so I'll be playing some of the tracks I consider to be the best of the year, though there'll be some unreleased stuff as well - got a track from the incoming Bruce release on Hessle Audio to play for instance.

wicked, thanks a lot really thought i was going to be unable to play when the technicals started at the beginning of my set, by chance we were able to sort it out.
things should be less "all over the place" from the next show on - normally from on we'll have two DJs per show, 1 hour each. I've also been trying to get guest mixes for the coming shows - not entirely confirmed yet but if we can run the show until early 2015 (which I hope we do) we should have Second Storey doing a guest mix by then for instance.
Wifi in my building is broken and I was just watching meet the press and man u vs Chelsea suddenly came on so I think I'm just gonna watch futbol and make music today seeing as the Giants are off and I can't do homework cause no wifi.
swear passed this roundabout there, a couple eating mcdonalds on a wall outside petrol station, one in mobility scooter, with their kid in a pram with a blanket pulled over its face....depressing

i got a few books but where can i find a source of academically valid articles and other such stuff on music, media and entertainment industry etc.. online??
