Assuming God's chosen land is Mexico then the answer is yes

for example over here if someone wants to turn their house into a convenience store they just do it, fuck getting a license, just start selling stuff

I agree cyclopoan, before that I had a few rebel ipa's(yes it isn't super craft but pretty good). The Guinness was a night cap.
