Totally, though Rooney is a weird example because its almost like he hasn't improved.

Højbjerg is going out on loan and there might be too much competition when someone like Kroos didn't get a spot and they have Thiago and what not. But yeah he is impressive for his age. (absolutely unbearable in interviews tho btw) .
